SENSORY TRAINING

Introduction on  how to develop an effective mindmap while tasting

Dario Elia- Italian Institute of Food Sensory Analysis (LIMBA) based in Italy.He is certified judge in sensory analysis at the main research unit of Italy (CSA, Brescia).He will be joined by  Slovene collaborator Darja Lesnik . Both  were part of the judging panel at the Great British Beer Festival 2011 in London and  are journalists/contributors of the  main Italian beer guide (Guida alle birre d'Italia - Slow Food).
